Be scam-savvy and password safe

A consultation, of up to 1 hour,  in your home to train you on and support you with:

• spotting different sorts of scams, e.g. txt, phone, online, email and in-person scams

• understanding good password behaviour

• helping you install and use a password manager 

• the importance of being careful with your private information on social media, etc.

• understanding other technology best practice, such as keeping devices and applications updated

You will also be given printed guides on the topics and links to sites that have more useful information.

The price includes GST, and is payable in full at the time of the consult. 

Travel Charge:

There is no travel charge for homes within central Invercargill.

If you are 10km or more (driving distance) from central Invercargill, then travel is charged at $1.50 per km (each way) inc. GST
